We are seeking a Lead Monitoring and Evaluation with 14-16 years of experience. The position would be based out of Mumbai (Work from Office 5-day week).
The primary responsibility of the incumbent is to plan and implement: 1) Development of M&E framework including key indicators 2) Design & conduct robust impact evaluations 3) Systems and procedures that generate timely and high-quality data 4) Analysis of data that enables adaptive management within the project 5) Should have team management capabilities to lead a young team of 5 resources.
S/he will advise on all technical activities related to monitoring and evaluation. S/he will be reporting to the Country Director.
Experience in livelihoods and agriculture sectors would be an added advantage.
The Incumbent:
- Should be proficient in using quantitative techniques in field surveys and qualitative methods in impact evaluation - Should possess demonstrated knowledge of standard monitoring and evaluation tools such as logical framework, results framework analysis, etc. - Candidate should be capable of using Digital Technology in implementing M&E functions. - Should have excellent analytical skills and ability to undertake field assessment and synthesize data preferably using statistical packages.
