Hello - these photos give an outline of  a one day bespoke training day on women's rights/ gender equality for all staff at ActionAid London UK. What stands out for me is linking gender and internal operations with external project/policy/programme practice. It matters what women and men think and do about gender equality on the inside of development organisations for improving practice in the 'field'.
