 d governance dysfunctions? These are among the questions to be explor
 ed through keynote speeches, paper presentations, panel debates and po
 sters at the Eleventh EES Biennial Conference to take place in Dublin 
 (Ireland) on October 1-3, 2014 (with preconference workshops on Septem
 ber 29-30, 2014. Once again, this will be the evaluation event of the
  year. We look forward to welcoming you in Dublin.\nThe call for the s
 ubmission of abstracts for the 11th Biennial EES conference is open ti
 ll the 1st of March 2014. The conference will be held this year in Dub
