DESCRIPTION:In 2019, as part of the OMLC strategic plan and priority t
 o continue to “Champion and cultivate OM principles & practices” a
  member survey was launched. The overall purpose of the survey was to 
 identify and strengthen capacity to apply equity and gender transforma
 tive OM principles and practices. Join us to learn from this emerging 
 research based on practical examples from the field. Heidi and Sonal w
 ill explore the implications of equity-focused and gender transformati
 ve principles that are aligned with OM key concepts. This is an open c
 onversation about leading socially equitable and gender transformative
  Outcome Mapping processes. After the presentation, we will surface us
 eful questions to guide the next steps of this work.Who is this for? T
