DESCRIPTION:Every evaluation effort, large or small, should start with
  a plan! Evaluation plans clarify desired outcomes and help ensure sta
 keholders are on the same page. In this course, participants will lear
 n about the importance of good evaluation planning, what to include in
  an evaluation plan, and how to use a plan after it’s been developed
 .\nThe course is delivered in two virtual instructor-led modules. Clas
 ses will take place online via Adobe Connect or Zoom. Participants who
  successfully complete both modules will receive certificates of compl

  learn about the importance of the evaluation plan, explore the variou
 s components involved in the plan, and practice using logic models to 
 articulate an evaluation plan of action.  \nModule 2: Building an Ev
 aluation MatrixMarch 17, 9 a.m.–12 p.m. EDT\nA key component of any 
 evaluation plan is the Evaluation Matrix. In this module, participants
  will learn about evaluation frameworks/matrices and what they entail.
  Through guided exercises, participants will have the opportunity to b
 uild evaluation matrices and think about how they tie into evaluation
