 nBangkok, Thailand, for our Global Assembly 2015\nThe conference has b
 een organized in close cooperation with UNDP’s conference on Nationa
 l Evaluation Capacities. UNDP’s Independent Evaluation Office, in pa
 rtnership with the Government of Thailand and the UNDP Regional Bureau
  of Asia and the Pacific, will organize the fourth International Confe
 rence on National Evaluation Capacity (NEC) at the same dates as the I
 DEAS Global Assembly and in the same conference facility. Running thes
 e two conferences in parallel will enable synergies and joint meetings
  where appropriate Joint sessions will be organized to ensure that NEC
  benefits from professional evaluators’ assessment of the SDG challe
 nges and IDEAS in turn will benefit from government perspectives on ev
 idence based policies and the role of evaluation. Keynote plenaries wi
 ll be held jointly with the NEC conference, thus providing inspiration
  to both conferences.\nThe programme for IDEAS’ GA 2015 is available
  on this website. Delegates can expect to participate in inspiring pre
 sentations and discussions, led by top international speakers, who are
  experts in the field of development evaluation. The assembly offers w
 onderful opportunities to strengthen old relationships and to form new
