DESCRIPTION:SAN’s W+ Verifier Programme As the sole verification pro
 vider for the W+ Standard SAN has developed a programme to support col
 leagues to become approved W+ Standard Verifiers. Our approach is comp
 etency based, in that we invite applications that demonstrate knowledg
 e and experience in 4 key areas: ​\nMaking the case for W+ Standard 
 Verification, demonstrating your understanding the value of undertakin
 g W+ Standard Verification and the role of the W+ Standard Verifier in
  the process. Understanding the W+ Standard Verification process, demo
 nstrating your understanding of how the process works in practice.\nUn
 derstanding gender concepts, and demonstrating your understanding of t
 he unique gender focus of the W+ Standard.\nEvaluation, reflection and
  action planning, demonstrating your personal practices and values as 
 an independent verifier / auditor, and your intent to maintain the kno
 wledge to be a W+ Standard Verifier.\nThe programme consists of 4 x 1 
 hour online webinars, each focusing on one of the verifier competence 
 areas, delivered live on 9th and 11th April 2024. Module 1: 9th April 
 at 1pm GMT+01:00\nModule 2: 9th April at 2.30pm GMT+01:00\nModule 3: 1
 1th April at 1pm GMT+01:00\nModule 4: 11th April at 2.30pm GMT+01:00\n
 Resources and recordings of the live webinars will be available to tho
 se pre-registered on the programme.\nA further application support dro
 p-in session will take place on Friday 26th April at 2pm GMT+1:00\nFac
 ilitated by experienced SAN W+ verifiers Liz Allen, Lisa McMullan and 
 Faith Muniale the SAN W+  Verification Programme provides:\nInformatio
 n and resources relating to the architecture and application of the W+
  Standard to approved W+ projects operating across the world to accele
 rate progress for women and gender equality.\nPractical examples and a
 ctivities to enable and support individuals to become recognised W+ St
 andard Verifiers, able to work in the field and provide verification s
 ervices on behalf of SAN.\nOpportunities to share learning and experie
 nces with other W+ Standard Verifiers and the creation of an online le
 arning community that is based on examples of good practice from the f
