DESCRIPTION:Greetings,\nThe Community of Practice for applying princip
 les of community leadership in monitoring, evaluation, accountability 
 and learning (CoLMEL CoP) will be hosting a highly participatory sessi
 on where we will break out into discussion groups to explore topics th
 at emerged during the question and answer (Q&A) period from the last C
 oP session, where Walter Kibotwe, CoLMEAL Officer with ADRA Uganda, 
 shared their experience of facilitating a community-led assessment and
  design process in conflict-affected communities in Northern Uganda. I
 ncluding how it transformed Gender-Based Violence in some communities.
