 exploration of common behaviours and attitudes towards gender differen
 ces. It will present facts and figures about the situation of women an
 d men in our society today – and references from key documents that 
 highlight policies formulated to address gender concerns. Recent event
 s have shown that if governments are serious about achieving the Mille
 nnium Development Goals, MDG’s, it is essential that gender be taken
  into account for all the goals.\nThe course also features a number of
  exercises and reflective activities designed to explore basic gender 
 concepts and enhance gender analysis skills, which can be applied in t
 he formulation of policies, the design of programmes, and the exercise

 rall purpose of the training programme is to enhance the gender-respon
 sive planning of key institutions and the management skills of their e
 mployees, so that they can more effectively play their part in impleme

  \nTarget Audience\nThe course is aimed at gender focal points, women
  organisations, programs and project managers, researchers, policy-mak
 ers, activists, women advocates and feminists, students, staff of NGOs
  and CBOs, staff of UN specialized agencies, donor agency field worker
 s, volunteers, development actors, trainers, students, government offi
 cials etc. \n \nEntry Requirement:\nStudents must have a current e-m
 ail account, regular access to and general familiarity with the intern
 et and mobile phones. Successful students will receive the GHRLTI Cert
 ificate in Gender Development Training.\n \nCourse Fee: The course tu
 ition fee is US$300. There is a limited amount of partial scholarships
  available for applicants from developing countries, based on financia
