 mainstreaming skills for better management of community-based developm
 ent programmes. The course will further provide participants with a co
 ncrete ‘step-by-step’ approach including hints and guidelines for 
 developing and implementing a successful project from a gender-based p
 erspective in order to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals, SDGs
 .\nIn this course, several issues and problem areas of project managem
 ent for innovation will be covered. Particular attention will be paid 
 to delivering products and services with speed and quality. Special em
 phasis will be placed on the importance of the project “users” and

 mainstreaming in design and implementation of successful projects. The
  course can be used to establish/strengthen gender mainstreaming strat
 egies of project management policies and practices both in the public

 staff, advisers, leaders and members of coalitions and Networks, staf
 f of NGOs and CBOs, donor agency field workers, volunteers, developmen
 t actors, trainers, business students, government officials, desk offi
 cers and consultants, involved in facilitating integration of non-disc
 riminatory behavior and equality between men and women. A focus is put
  on the participant as agent of change in his/her organisation. For th
 is course familiarity with project management will be beneficial.\nCou
 rse Fee: The course tuition fee is US$300. Course fees include access
