DESCRIPTION:Â \n\nThe USAID-funded Health Policy Project (HPP) is plea
 sed to announce the next webinar in our series hosted by the Community
  of Practice on Scale-up and Gender, Policy and Measurement (GPM). And
 rew Levack from Promundo will lead the presentation.Â  The past twenty
  years have showcased a growing field of gender transformative program
 s that work with men and boys to improve a range of interrelated healt
 h outcomes. As the evidence-base of gender transformative programming 
 grows, organizations like Promundo continue to explore how such interv
 entions can evolve to maximize their impact. This session will explore
  several new programming areas in the field of work with men, includin
 g gender synchronized approaches with women, work with younger boys, w
 ork with fathers, and work to incorporate trauma-informed approaches.Â
  \n\n\n\n\n\nÂ \n\nAbout the speaker:Â \n\nAndrew Levack is the Deputy
  Director of U.S. Programs for Promundo where he oversees a wide varie
 ty of initiatives to engage men and boys to promote gender justice and
  end gender-based violence. Previously, Andrew worked for over 15 year
 s with EngenderHealth, where he served as the director of EngenderHeal
 th's global Men As Partners Program and more recently as the director 
 of EngenderHealth's projects within the United States. Andrew is a fou
 nding member and former co-chair of MenEngage, a global alliance of hu
 ndreds of organizations that seek to engage boys and men to achieve ge
 nderÂ equality. Andrew sits on the United Nations Secretary General's 
 Network of Men Leaders and holds a clinical faculty appointment at the
  University of Washington's School of Public Health.Â \n\nAfter regist
