  Pact has developed a comprehensive methodology to analyze the interco
 nnections among those groups - Organizational Network Analysis (ONA). 
 Dima will explain how Pact’s ONA is more than a diagnostic tool, it 
 is an approach to improving program impact and sustainability. \r\n 
 \r\nWe will explore how Pact has practically applied ONA to internatio
 nal development, specifically with local systems, community groups, an
