 ethod that can yield depth and texture in an evaluation by helping to 
 understand how an intervention has affected individuals and how they v
 iew the intervention and change.  Yet often interview data is underut
 ilized by evaluators. Reina will address the questions: How can we use
  interviews to get a more complex understanding of an intervention?

 fessor in the Peace and Conflict Studies Program at Conrad Grebel Univ
 ersity College, University of Waterloo.  She has engaged in program d
 esign, monitoring, evaluation and learning in peacebuilding and confli
 ct resolution for over fifteen years.  \nReina has an MA in Social Ps
 ychology (York University) and a PhD in International Relations (Ameri
 can University); she is trained in both qualitative and quantitative r
 esearch methods.  Reina’s current research focuses on field learnin
 g and explores the role of reflective practice in improved peacebuildi
