  ICRC will launch the online version of its reference publication on i
 nternational humanitarian law (IHL) How Does Law Protect in War?.\nTh
 is online platform regroups a comprehensive IHL course outline, more t
 han 350 case studies, and various pedagogical resources for professors
 .  This webinar will gather students from the Pontificia Universida
 d Católica del Perú (Peru), Université Laval (Canada), the Geneva 
 Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights (Switzerlan
 d), and the University of Nairobi (Kenya). The students will solve a
  case study pertaining to challenges to providing health care in armed
  conflict: the case of Yemen, together with a panel of experts. Que
 stions discussed by the students and panel will include the scope of t
 he protection afforded to the wounded and the sick under IHL, protecti
