 re lessons learned in using process tracing for evaluation in their wo
 rk with MEASURE Evaluation, funded by the United States Agency for Int
 ernational Development (USAID) and the United States President’s Eme
 rgency Fund for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR).\r\nToday, evaluations require me
 thods that are flexible; allow for the complexity of current public he
 alth programming in low-resource settings; and address field challenge
 s such as strict budget and time constraints, limited baseline data, a
 nd lack of access to comparison groups. Under these circumstances, pro
 cess tracing is a useful tool for evaluators. Process tracing is a qua
 litative method for assessing causal inference within a single case de
 sign but has had limited application in public health. In this webinar
 , you will learn how this method was adapted for public health evaluat
 ions in Uganda and Madagascar, and review lessons learned from its imp
