The International Women's Health Coalition (IWHC) is mapping advocacy capacity-building opportunities. We are interested in learning about what works and what does not work in advocacy training for the women's movement and sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), with a particular focus on building the capacity of young people to do advocacy.
Our initial research has yielded few results in terms of evaluations of advocacy training programs, and in particular of the effectiveness of training approaches and tools. We are reaching out to see if anyone knows of or has conducted assessments of SRHR or women rights related advocacy trainings. Evaluations and reflections on experiences in advocacy training can be in Spanish, French, Portuguese or English.
Thank you for your support, and please feel free to reach out with any questions about the project. For more information about IWHC, please visit: http://iwhc.org/
