The India Gender Report – the first of its kind – is conceived and envisaged in the context of the many gendered rights that are enshrined in the Constitution of India. The endeavour is to examine myriad essential aspects of the gendered economic, extra-economic and non-economic status perceived from the prism of transformative feminist finance in order to demystify the enabler and simultaneously the de-enabler role of the Macro-Patriarchal State. Each of the 26 chapters, which interlink academics, analysis, advocacy and action, indicate four universal processes across all sectors and sub-sectors: the reinforcement of gender de-equalisation; the intensification of patriarchal rigidities; the deepening of economic and extra-economic divides; the increased exclusion of vulnerable and marginalised groups.

USAID is pleased to announce the launch of the 2022 - 2026 Agency Learning Agenda, including nine agency learning questions focused on the Administration's highest priorities. 

You are invited to join USAID’s Agency Learning Agenda Public Launch Webinar on Thursday, May 12, 2022 from 9:30-11:00 AM EDT. Following opening remarks from USAID’s leadership on the Agency’s commitments to evidence-based decision-making, USAID will share how partners and the public can engage with the Agency Learning Agenda to enhance our shared global impact. After the presentation, an expert panel from the Data Foundation, Global Fund for Children, and USAID will share reflections on promoting evidence-informed practice and engaging diverse actors in learning before USAID opens the floor to questions from webinar participants.
