material/ toolkits for building institutional capacity at gender-responsive humanitarian programmes

Hello everyone,

I'm researching relevant approaches, methods and toolkits that help build institutional capacity for gender-responsive programming in humanitarian emergencies - specifically in response to food insecurity, malnutrition and reduced livelihoods caused by prolonged droughts and seasonal flooding.
I would be very grateful for any recommendations and guidance you can provide.
