Plan for sail boats, not trains

I was privileged to be in a panel with Donna Mertens, Doug Reeler, Yves Altazin   and Claudine Morierat  at F3 E conference held on 16th and 17th October in Paris. For last 25 years, F3E has been coordinating a network of 85 organisations – French NGOs and public authorities. The focus has been on strengthening evaluation, research and other capacities of member organisations.  I am not a French speaker so the event gave me a peek into the world of Francophone…

It is my pleasure. I will do my best to share other information on gender and evaluation as I come across tools. My current focus is on ensuring that gender and social inclusion is considered as part of an evaluation of a UK Infrastructure project in the Caribbean. I would be interested ot learn more about how the social inclusion is being assessed as there is increasing focus on social inclusion.

Hola Rituu,
