The Sri Lanka Evaluation Association (SLEvA), established in 1999, as a Voluntary Organizations for Professional Evaluation (VOPE) is one of the longest standing and most active VOPEs and has been a pioneer in promoting an evaluation culture in Sri Lanka. The mission of SLEvA is the “Provision of evaluation knowledge, skills, systems and processes that facilitate evaluative behavior.”[1]
It is important that SLEvA members engage in dialogue with co-members for learning, sharing and networking. Gender and evaluation Community of Practice has kindly provided an opportunity in their platform for SLEvA members to have a own space to interact with co-members. This is also an opportunity to be a member of the larger Gender and evaluation COP and interact with larger community while having a close dialogue with SLEvA colleagues.
