Are you looking for ideas about how to conduct a gender review in your own organisation?
Do take a look at this great blog by Claire Hughes, Principal Consultant at ITAD which gives a great overview of a participatory gender review process.
http://www.itad.com/itads-gender-snapshot-review/
The ITAD experience of using participatory and reflective methodology opened important conversations across the organisation, including the BOARD about the significance of gender equality and what it means to use a gens lens to improve practice ( internally and in external project and programme work). I had the privilege of working with Claire and ITAD's Gender Equality Working Group who led the process. My role was to help guide and implement the Snapshot Gender Review. Reflection and dialogue were key guiding principles for the Review Process. The process of capacity building continues.

Compliments for the developed indicators of SDG 5. I believe if we systematically follow them we can evaluate well the gender main streaming (cross cutting issue) parameter in our central and local governments levels.( in Ugandan case)
