submitting proposals as a part of the cv of consultancy (GBV)

Due to some doubts of writing a proposal  to attach with the CV I would like to have someone's support of this,  would you mind sending a sample proposal related GBV consultancy o any kind of example proposals  explaining methodology of evaluation,  it would be a great help.
