Teaming up

Dear colleagues,

I am a mid-level ID professional with experience in Program Management looking to team up with an experienced evaluator on a project in order for me to gain more experience in evaluation methods and more visibility as an evaluator. 

Most of my experience has been working in North Africa - especially in Algeria, though I would be open to other regions as well. I have expertise in education issues, gender issues, human rights, minority rights, indigenous rights issues, translation and cultural studies.
