The partners in the Young Women for Awareness, Agency, Advocacy, and Accountability (YW4A) Initiative seek experienced consultants for the External End Evaluation of the programme, spanning 2021–2025, in Egypt, Kenya, Palestine, and South Sudan.

🗓️ Deadline for Proposals: 17 February 2025, 5 PM CET

📌 Scope:

• Period: January 2021 – December 2025
• Countries: Egypt, Kenya, Palestine, and South Sudan
• Criteria: Coherence, Effectiveness, and Sustainability (as per OECD-DAC)
• Focus: YW4A Theory of Change outcomes, MFA’s SCS and Women’s Rights indicators, and cross-cutting themes of gender and youth.
