Concept Note for M&E project

Hello All,

I am very excited to have been introduced to this forum.  At the moment I have an immediate need for examples of M&E concept notes (2-pages format).  I am currently transitioning from academia back into program work and am unfamiliar with this format.  Any examples that you could share would help greatly!

Please would you elaborate on what kind of M&E concept note you are looking. What is the purpose of the note? This can enable others to provide you inputs.
