Global Social Development Congress in Istanbul

Is anyone from this board attending the Global Social Development Congress in Istanbul next week, or based in Istanbul? I'll be there talking about my work in supporting conflict-affected community organizers and post-secondary learners, but would love to meet anyone working on gender and development, particularly in West Africa, the Middle East, or Latin America. (If are based in Istanbul and would like to attend, I might be able to get you a free or heavily discounted ticket - registration is crazy expensive.)
