Sharing gender evaluation methodology - GEM

Hi, all

It's good to see all the activities and resources that are shared and announced here!!

In the APC Women's Rights Programme we created a gender evaluation methodology for projects and programmes on information and communication technologies - GEM. We have used GEM to evaluate government programmes and also NGO projects in different countries and regions.

We also developed guides to adapt the methodology for use in telecentres's projects, rural ICT programmes and ICT localisation initiatives. The manual and guides can be downloaded from our site
