Anuradha Kapoor Shared Swayam Recent Published Study
This exploratory study foregrounds the largely invisible issue of natal family violence (NFV) in India, exploring its forms, prevalence, and deep, long-term impacts on women's lives. It challenges the myth of the natal home as a safe space and centres survivor voices and lived experiences. The findings expose systemic silences and institutional barriers to justice. It offers vital insights for policy reform, feminist praxis, and deeper societal reflection.

Feminist Storytelling in Evaluation: Seeking practitioners for an exchange
Dear colleagues,
I’m reaching out to connect with fellow evaluation practitioners who have experience using feminist storytelling as a core evaluation methodology. As part of my master’s research, and more importantly, as part of a shared learning initiative, I want to see if there is interest in convening a small, time-bound peer learning space focused on this emerging methodology.
The idea is to bring together a group of practitioners over the next 3–4 months in 3 online peer exchanges to
- Present and reflect on your experience applying feminist storytelling in evaluation (challenges, innovations, lessons)
- Exchange ideas and strategies with others working in similar or diverse contexts
- Contribute to a collectively developed, self-published practice note that documents insights from the sessions, with full acknowledgment of all participants (unless anonymity is preferred)
This will function as a mini-community of practice, grounded in reflection, curiosity, and shared commitment to feminist principles in evaluation.
Participation is entirely flexible—whether you’d like to:
- Present in a peer session,
- Join as a discussant/listener,
- Connect in a 1:1 conversation instead
- Refer people you think might be interested in participating in this initiative!
