Event Description

Integrating feminist approaches in research and project implementation enables more equal interaction within research projects, and also between and within researchers, practitioners, and advocacy groups. These sessions offer tools that facilitate the integration of gender into research and facilitation.

  • - Feminist Facilitation with Lindsey Jones-Renaud/Cynara is a compact training that will share techniques for incorporating feminist practices - such as consent and accessibility - into how you facilitate workshops and training.
  • - Gender sensitive research checklist with Dr. Claire Standley and Emily Hardy/ Gender and COVID-19 Working Group. This session will present the gender sensitive research checklist, a tool developed to support researchers in ensuring that their work is gender-sensitive and does not inadvertently perpetuate gender or intersectional inequities
