Transformation Attitude Interview and action learning days

During my reading,  I have come across two tools which I am not familiar with- Transformation attitude interview and action learning days.  Can anyone help me on where I could get reading material on them. This is mentioned on the faq on outcome mapping.

The second tool probably refers to Action Learning Sets for which there’s quite a lot on google too: https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=Transformation+Attitude+Interview...
