Learning as we're doing practice....
We are now officially in the trial stage to analyse GEMSE theory into practice. We've partnered with an agency to help think through what a GEMSE approach to developing a Concept Note can do for evaluation design. As always, your thoughts are most welcome. Anne and Ellen
