The project continues since it is like a school. Girls come and go. When somebody leaves a new-comer steps in. However, I have to ask them whether they are connected to the girls that are educated from Universities. They should be. And I am sure they have transferred it to the communities. I have to ask them.

Thanks for sharing. What happens when the project gets over? Can we stimulate the girls who get educated to transfer this to other girls in the community?

I am a community facilitator and I have been working in rural areas and marginalized urban communities for a decade. Today I was looking into my photos and I found this photo. It came to my mind that it would be good if I can upload the photo here as a good starter. The photo is about young girls in their high school age that are supported by an NGO in Kerman city of Iran. The NGO helps these genius girls to finish their high school and have access to higher education in universities  The initiative is really an effective one and the girls, the NGO, the trainers, and the families are all happy. The families could not afford such continuation of study. The girls live together in a dormitory and they are happy; being together create an opportunity for them to learn from each other too.
