- How did you know about gender & evaluation community
- Working in the social sector, have had a fair bit of exposure into the different domains. However, recently, i transitioned into a new work space and the gear change, and suddenly, I found my self in a gender ratio of 1:10 and something just pushed me to explore this in a more structured and organized manner. So i went online, evaluated a few courses and found this interesting and that's that!
