Course Description
The Certificate in Gender-Sensitive Monitoring and Evaluation is an 8-module online course that provides participants with the essential knowledge and skills to incorporate a gender perspective into monitoring and evaluation processes. With a focus on promoting gender equality and inclusivity, this course equips learners with practical tools and techniques to ensure that monitoring and evaluation efforts are sensitive to gender dynamics and contribute to transformative change.
Participants will explore key concepts such as gender analysis, gender-responsive indicators, and gender-integrated frameworks. They will learn how to conduct gender analysis, identify gender-specific issues, and collect gender-disaggregated data. The course also covers strategies for addressing gender biases and stereotypes in evaluation, engaging diverse stakeholders, and promoting social inclusion. Participants will gain an understanding of gender-transformative evaluation approaches and learn to develop gender-responsive monitoring and evaluation plans.
By the end of the course, participants will possess the knowledge and skills to mainstream gender considerations into monitoring and evaluation practices, leading to more effective and equitable development outcomes.

Course Fee
