New research article: Sexual harassment in the Ugandan public health sector

IntraHealth International is pleased to share a newly published article from a special issue of the Human Resources for Health Journal: Uganda’s response to sexual harassment in the public health sector:....

The article details the results of original research conducted in Uganda to identify the nature, contributors, dynamics, and consequences of sexual harassment in public health sector workplaces. The Ugandan Ministry of Health used study results to develop the gender-transformative Guidelines to Implement the Policy on Prevention and Response to Sexual Harassment.
