This course is specifically designed for non-financial managers of NGOs who hold final responsibility for the organisation’s results. It will guide you through the world of finances and gives you confidence in dealing with financial facts and figures. Learn how to establish links between finance and operations for results-oriented monitoring, how to prepare for the auditor’s questions and to interpret financial statements.
