Are you managing a team of people with many different backgrounds? Need to balance relationship and task-orientation, even if everyone has different perceptions? As diversity in teams and organisations is growing, you probably need more concepts and skills to manage equality and inclusion. Our inclusive leadership course offers insight in your personal leadership style and possible biases. It gives you the tools to ensure fair treatment and opportunity for all.
Key points
You are an (aspiring) manager eager to change your team into a high performing team because of diversity. You are a person who likes to reflect on your own leadership style, your own biases. You are interested in what motivates others and are open to diverse opinions and values. You want to get the best out of other people, including yourself, and you are willing to listen actively and embrace diversity.
Daily start time: 9.00 am Central European Summer time (tentative). Please convert this time into your local time. You will study half-day (3-4 hours) or full-day (6-8 hours) depending on each day's activities and exercises. Each day has guided virtual classroom training and individual/group homework assignments. The course is based on a participatory and active learning approach.
