Feminist Policy Collective

The India Gender Report – the first of its kind – is conceived and envisaged in the context of the many gendered rights that are enshrined in the Constitution of India. The endeavour is to examine myriad essential aspects of the gendered economic, extra-economic and non-economic status perceived from the prism of transformative feminist finance in order to demystify the enabler and simultaneously the de-enabler role of the Macro-Patriarchal State. Each of the 26 chapters, which interlink academics, analysis, advocacy and action, indicate four universal processes across all sectors and sub-sectors: the reinforcement of gender de-equalisation; the intensification of patriarchal rigidities; the deepening of economic and extra-economic divides; the increased exclusion of vulnerable and marginalised groups.

Event Description

Managing for lasting results in the new reality of
international cooperation

During the last decade, result based management (RBM) has gained much influence in international cooperation. Still many organisations struggle to plan for real results with the accompanying processes and tools. RBM has consequences for the entire organisation: for project planning, monitoring, evaluation and learning. Learning how to design a solid RBM framework is a good first step to integrate RBM in your organisation.

Your profile

You are a programme manager, team leader, head of department, project officer, consultant or advisor in the public, non-profit, or private sector. who need to master RBM concepts and tools. You want to effectively manage results-oriented projects and programmes in your own organisation or with partner organisations.

What will you gain?

  • Understand RBM in a changing development context (e.g. SDGs, private sector involvement).
  • Know how to create a Theory of Change to plan for your programmes and projects.
  • Learn how to develop a Results framework (distinguish between Spheres of Control, Influence and Concern).
  • Gain insight in results-oriented monitoring, including the use of KPIs (key performance indicators).
  • Discover implications of RBM for your organisation, in terms of organisational capacity and cooperation with key actors/stakeholders.

On completion of the training course and subject to
attendance and active participation, MDF Training &
Consultancy will award a certificate of completion
