3ie is inviting individual researchers and research or evaluation organizations to submit proposals for conducting impact evaluations under the second phase of our Philippines Evidence Program (PEP)(formerly known as Policy Window Philippines). In PEP – Phase 2, we seek to generate actionable evidence-informed findings to enhance the effectiveness and future scale-up of the Philippine government’s flagship programs in health and agriculture.
