Project #1 – Stand Up

Stand Up is seeking a consultant for the Mid-term Evaluation from June 20, 2025, to November 30, 2025. The consultant will be responsible for quantitative data collection and analysis and compiling an overarching review that consolidates quantitative data and analysis from both Uganda and Mozambique.

 

If you know of any consultancy teams with strong experience in Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) and in implementing feminist Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) processes, I would greatly appreciate it if you could share this opportunity with them.

Project #2 – New project in the Pacific SIDS

Baseline start date: June 1^st 2025

Baseline end date: August 31^st 2025

Location: Remote, with in person data collection in Fiji and Vanuatu.

Project focus: Women’s economic empowerment and leadership in climate-resilient agroecology in the Pacific Small Island Developing States (SIDS).

Consultancy assignment: Project baseline study

Key qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience conducting evaluations (baseline studies preferred) and gender analyses.
• Preference for consultants with working experience in the Pacific Islands including Fiji and Vanuatu.
• Strong background in gender justice and equality, women’s economic empowerment, and climate change adaptation.
• Demonstrated experience with mixed method studies, including with SurveyCTO.
