F Njahîra Wangarî - Book Chapter

Abstract
"This chapter blends African oral and written narratives, lived experiences with a genetic chronic disability and a Roman Catholic upbringing. These will be interrogated to illustrate the role of alternative explanations in influencing advocacy and activism for the lives, wellbeing, dignity and inclusion of persons with disabilities. Particularly, this chapter is an exploration of self-identity and how persons with disabilities are conditioned to view ourselves in specific ways while highlighting alternative perceptions available is presented by the author. It engages the works of several African and African-descendent authors who feature persons with disabilities as characters in their books and relies on narrative prosthesis as the basis for this engagement."

Use of descending chronological order rather than ascending order in Vacancies/Consultancies

Dear Colleagues

Warm greetings from Lahore, Pakistan!

I hope all is well with you.

I have requested the editorial management of Gen&Evn earlier to employ a chronologically descending - most recent date on top with older dates later - rather than ascending order for Vacancies/Consultancies like everywhere else! |I do remember a minor promise  to fix tis but nothing has happened so far!

Will ISST look into this anachronism and set things right!

Kind regards.
