أعزائي أعضاء شبكة التقييم العربية ومناصري التقييم بالعالم العربي،

تحية واحترام،

تضم شبكة التقييم العربية (EvalMENA) في عضويتها ثماني جمعيات تقييم وطنية موزعة على دول منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال افريقيا. منذ التأسيس قبل 8 ثماني سنوات، قامت الشبكة بعقد مؤتمر التقييم العربي السنوي والذي يسبقه بالعادة إجراء ورشات تدريبية واجتماع للهيئة العامة للشبكة.

سيُعقد المؤتمر الثامن في عمان/ في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية خلال الفترة بين 27-29 شباط من عام 2020، وينظم هذا العام تحت رعاية جمعية التقييم التنموي الفلسطينية.

يشرفنا، بإسم شبكة التقييم العربية وجمعية التقييم التنموي الفلسطينية، بأن نعلن عن فتح باب التسجيل للمشاركة في وحضور المؤتمر تحت عنوان:

"التقييم من أجل التنمية المستدامة والتغيير"

رسوم المشاركة هي 80 دولار لمن يسجل قبل 25/11/2019 أو لأعضاء شبكات التقييم الوطنية، أو 100 دولار لغير الأعضاء أو من يسجل بعد 25/11/2019. يتم تسديد رسوم التسجيل بعد قبول المشاركة وسيتم تزويد المقبولين بتفاصيل الدفع. وأما من لا يستطيع الدفع فيمكنه التسديد قبل انطلاق أعمال المؤتمر. يرجى التنويه أنّ الرسوم غير مستردة بعد تاريخ 31/12/2019.

كما وندعو المشاركين المعنيين الى تقديم ورقة علمية أو تجربة شخصية موثقة في مجالات المؤتمر ضمن المحاور الفرعية التالية:

1.     التقييم الذي يركز على الاستخدام في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا،

2.     دور أصحاب العلاقة في التقييم: قصص النجاح من الشرق الأوسط والعالم،

3.     تقييم الصمود والتغير المناخي،

4.     قدرات المقيّمين والاحتراف في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا بعد عام 2020،

5.     الاتجاهات الجديدة في التقييم، والمنهجيات المبتكرة، والتحديات التي تواجه جمع البيانات عن بعد، واستخدام تحليل الشبكات الاجتماعية في التقييم،

6.     التقييمات المتخصصة: التقييم التربوي، تقييم بناء القدرات، تقييم برامج منظمات المجتمع المدني،

7.     التقييم في ظل غياب المانحين الدوليين،

8.     القضايا الأخلاقية في التقييم.

فعلى الراغبين بالمشاركة بالمؤتمر تعبئة الطلب على الرابط المبين أدناه. ترسل ملخصات الأوراق أو التجارب حتى تاريخ 25/11/2019، وسيتم ابلاغ أصحاب الأوراق المقبولة حتى تاريخ  30/11/2019.

آخر موعد لإستلام الأوراق الكاملة هو 25/12/2019. وسيتم اعلام المقبولين حتى تاريخ أقصاه 10/1/2020.

وسيكون للمبادرات الآتية اسهامات في المؤتمر:

·       المبادرة الدولية لتقييم أهداف التنمية المستدامة (EvalSDGs)،

·       المبادرة الدولية لتقييم النوع الاجتماعي (EvalGender)،

·       المبادرة الدولية للمقيمين الشباب والجدد (EvalYouth)،

·       المبادرة الدولية للبرلمانيين من أجل التقييم ( Parliamentarian Forum)،

·       التقييم والمستقبل (EvalForward).

ملاحظات هامة:

·    ستتكفل شبكة التقييم العربية (EvalMENA) بمصاريف الإستضافة (المبيت في فندق، والوجبات، والاستراحات) لعدد من أعضاء الجمعيات الوطنية للتقييم على أن يتكفل من يقع عليه الإختيار بباقي مصاريف السفر (التنقل والتأشيرة).

·    سيتم تغطية مبلغ مقطوع من قيمة تذاكر الطيران لمن يتم قبول أوراقهم لتعرض في المؤتمر.

·    من يستطيع تغطية تكاليف السفر والاقامة يكون قد ساهم في تمويل المؤتمر.

Dear members of the Arab Evaluation Network “EValMENA” and evaluation advocates in the world,

Warm greeting,

EvalMENA includes eight Voluntary Organizations for Professional Evaluation (VOPEs) in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. Since its inception, an Evaluation Conference is held annually. The conference is usually preceded by training workshops and ends with Annual EvalMENA General Assembly meeting.

The 8^th Conference will be held in the Amman, Jordan side from February 27-29, 2020. This year the Conference is organized under the auspices of the Palestinian Evaluation Association (PEA).

On behalf of EvalMENA and the PEA, we are announcing opening registration for participation and attendance of the conference entitled:

“Evaluation for Sustainable Development and Change”

Interested candidates can register using this link:

Conference participation fee is 80 USD for early bird registrations (10 November) or official members of EvalMENA member VOPEs. While fee for non-member participants, and after November 20^th is   100 USD, to be paid upon participants’ selection. In countries with difficulty to pay, the fee can be paid at the first day of the Conference. Kindly note, fee is un-refundable after December 31^st.

We also call upon participants who wish to present scientific paper or a documented personal experience within the Conference’s following sub-themes:

1.       Utilization-Focused Evaluation in the MENA Region,

2.       Role of the stakeholders in evaluation: success stories from the MENA and the world,

3.       Evaluation of Resilience and Climate Change,

4.       Evaluators’ Competencies and Professionalization in MENA Region Beyond 2020,

5.       New trends in evaluation, innovative methodologies, challenges for remote data collection and using social networks analysis in evaluation,

6.       Specialized evaluations: Educational Evaluation, Evaluation of Capacity Building, Evaluating Civil Society Organizations’ Programs,

7.       Evaluation in the absence of international donors, and

8.       Ethical Issues in Evaluation.

Interested candidates are invited to fill in the link below. Abstracts should be received no later than November 25^th, 2019. Notification of selection will be communicated by November 30, 2019.

Full papers to be received by December 25^th, 2019, and a confirmation of the final selection of papers will be communicated by the Conference Committee no later than January 10, 2020.

a.                   EvalYouth,       

b.                  EvalGender,

c.                   EvalSDGs,

d.                  Global Parliamentarian Forum (GPF), and

e.                   Evalforward.

Important Notes:

EvalMENA will cover the accommodation expenses (hotel, meals, and coffee breaks) for a number of VOPEs’ members. Other expenses (travel and visa fee) should be covered by participants.

A lump sum covering part of the airline tickets will be covered for participants whose papers’ are accepted for presentation.

Self-funding of travel and accommodation is considered financial support to the conference.
