Hiring - Lead: Fellowship Trainings

Yellow Spark has been exclusively mandated by a Social Enterprise to hire a Lead – Fellowship Trainings who will manage the learning & training agenda for a national-level fellowship program.

Location: Pune / Mumbai

Budget: INR 12 L pa

An ideal candidate will be someone who has 7 years of relevant experience in managing learning & development functions across India including rural areas. Previous experience in working with not-for-profit organizations or social enterprises is essential.
