Ms Sindhu Khullar, CEO Niti Aayog (former Planning commission of India) launched the Evaluation community of India on 16th October 2015 in Delhi. A. K. Shiva Kumar a development economist and professor and Dr P K Anand, Senior Consultant,DMEO, were present on this occasion.
