As a community person I found the conference program included a lot of relevant sessions for me. Personal highlight was a plenary session which explored what evaluators can do differently to place evaluation at the top of the agenda for community. Both speakers & the chair responded to the question 'Why am I (community) paying you (evaluators) to tell me what I already know?". Very interested to hear what others think/feel about this question.
If you have the opportunity to attend one of the evaluation conferences, I highly recommend it. Expand your evaluation knowledge, learn about new approaches, and connect with others.
