DME for Peace and Search for Common Ground, together with our Peacebuilding Evaluation Consortium partners are pleased to announce the opening of applications for Coaching for Peace: Mentorship for New and Emerging Practitioners and Evaluators on How to Navigate the Challenges of Designing, Monitoring, and Evaluating for Peace. We invite you to apply! Share your knowledge as a mentor, learn from your peers as a mentee, or both!
Coaching for Peace is a mentorship program that will connect new and emerging practitioners and evaluators with experienced practioners and evaluators who will provide guidance on how to navigate the daily challenges of implementing DME best practices in dynamic and complex environments. Through this program you could explore program design, learn how to monitor for change, discuss how to set up evaluation processes, and many other key topics in DM&E. The lessons shared through Coaching for Peace will help you contribute to growing a learning culture in the field and in your own work.
Why join Coaching for Peace?
As a mentor, you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge and expertise, you'll also also enhance your coaching skills, and raise your profile in the peacebuilding M&E community. As a mentee, you will gain insights on applying methods and tools to real-life situations, identify your long-term professional needs, and build a meaningful professional relationship.
