Egypt 5th country to light Evaluation Torch

Egypt’s Minister of Social Solidarity, young evaluators and 120 evaluators from Middle East lighted the Evaluation Torch of theInternational Year of Evaluation in Cairo, Egypt, during the 4^th EvalMena Conference.
