Evaluation Criteria, what has changed, why and why does it matter?

The presenter will be: Megan G. Kennedy-Chouane, Senior Policy Analyst of OECD. Megan leads the Evaluation Team in the Reviews, Results and Development Innovation Division of the Development Co-operation Directorate of the OECD.
