In 2019, as part of the OMLC strategic plan and priority to continue to “Champion and cultivate OM principles & practices” a member survey was launched. The overall purpose of the survey was to identify and strengthen capacity to apply equity and gender transformative OM principles and practices. Join us to learn from this emerging research based on practical examples from the field. Heidi and Sonal will explore the implications of equity-focused and gender transformative principles that are aligned with OM key concepts. This is an open conversation about leading socially equitable and gender transformative Outcome Mapping processes. After the presentation, we will surface useful questions to guide the next steps of this work.
Who is this for? This session is aimed at practitioners of OM or those familiar with it, and some experience or interest in the use of OM for social equity and gender transformative change.
Panellists: Heidi Schaeffer, Canada and Sonal Zaveri, India
Host: Glowen Kyei-Mensah, Ghana
