The National Platform of Domestic Workers is organising a rally at Jantar Mantar today to call for a comprehensive national central legislation for domestic workers. A petition calling for a law that regulates employment, conditionso f work and provides social protection, as well as sets up a tripartite board for the implementation of the act, will submitted by representatives of the platform to the petition committees of the Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha.
